Nkungwe Tented Camp is situated on a long stretch of Lake Tanganyika's sandy shores; the camp provides the needed comfort required after a day tracking chimpanzees in Mahale forest. Relax in the evening with an open air dinner on the beach or just sit round the open camp fire and soak up the warmth. If you return early from chimpanzee tracking other activities include fishing, snorkelling or just sitting back and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings.
