Set in the game-rich Lobo region of the Serengeti, Migration Camp is perfectly placed to witness the world’s largest animal migration, en-route to the Masai Mara (the camp’s name says it all!). Whether on a game drive, or back at the lodge, the wildlife viewing here here is excellent; the 20 canvas tents at Migration Camp each have 360 degree private decks and are richly furnished in traditional safari style.

Style: A permanent, luxury tented camp.
Setting: Serengeti Migration Camp is set amidst rocky outcrops, located in the Lobo region of the Serengeti - the starting point of the Great Migration.
Accommodation & facilities: Twenty spacious tents have been carefully placed to provide privacy and blend into nature’s architecture, overlooking the Grumeti River and its resident hippos. Surrounded by a 360 degree veranda deck overlooking the Serengeti, each guest tent is a private sanctuary. The 20 unexpectedly large tents have hard wood floors, rain showers and luxurious furnishings.
Facilities include a split level lounge overlooking the Ndasiata Hills and Grumeti River, sun deck and swimming pool all perched amongst the rocky outcrops overlooking the vast and rugged landscapes.
Dining: Inventive dishes are created using as much local produce as possible, and are served elegantly in the dining area, overlooking the Grumati River.
Activities: Day game drives in to the Serengeti National Park and walks along the Grumeti River are on offer, with sun-downers, bird-watching and season migration viewing also available. At extra cost, balloon safaris can be organised.
Child policy: Migration Camp operates a relaxed child policy.
