Rekero Camp is a seasonal Camp being set up between the months of June and March and providing some first class game viewing during that time period. Owned and run by Gerard Beaton and Jackson of Big Cat Diary fame, this Camp is renowned for its rustic charm, first class service and unbeatable guiding. Professional Masai guides will lead you on your safari. Rekero is ideally placed to take advantage of the annual wildebeest migration.

Style: An intimate camp with personal service.
Setting: Situated in the Masai Mara Game Reserve in nearby proximity to the Mara and Talek Rivers making for first class game viewing. This is a great area for both viewing of the annual wildebeest migration and also some of the resident Big Cats.
Accommodation & facilities: 8 spacious tents which all are capable of being a double, twin or a triple room. One family tent can also accommodate 2 adults and 4 children.
Each tent has a view over the Talek River and en-suite bathrooms with flush toilets and safari showers. A solar powered inverter lights the tents and the exterior of the tents are lit up by kerosene lanterns.
Dining: Tasty food - just what's needed at the end of a day on the plains.
Activities: a variety of game drives are included in your night rate including shared game drives in 4x4 safari vehicles (roof hatches), bush picnics and sundowners and a visit to the Koiyaki Guiding School. Optional extras are also on offer including morning walks, local cultural visits, hot air balloon safaris, scenic flights over the Masai Mara and fishing in the nearby Lake Victoria.
