Accommodation & facilities: There are nine comfortable and spacious thatched cottages, all with en-suite bathrooms. Each cottage is individually and elegantly furnished with rustic, ranch-style furniture and woollen rugs that are made by local community workshops. There is small fireplace in each room and electricity and hot water are available in the mornings and evenings.
Lewa Wilderness Lodge has a very cosy communal sitting room, where guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks. Meals are shared around a long banqueting table in the open-air dining room.
Facilities include a salt-water swimming pool, riding stables and a clay tennis court.
Dining: Delicious food (much of which is supplied by the ranch and its organic vegetable garden), is served around the open-air banqueting table.
Activities: Day and night-time game drives operate in 4x4 vehicles, with guided bush walks, bush meals and sundowners also offered.

Other activities available at the lodge include tennis and a massage service.
Child policy: Children of all ages welcome and indeed encouraged at Lewa Wilderness Lodge, with a wide range of activities available for them.
Responsible Tourism: “a unique partnership with local communities that gives a commitment to hospitality and conservation that goes right back to our beginnings in the 1930's.” Lewa Wilderness Lodge.
