Mombo Camp is situated on Mombo Island, within the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta - one of the most rewarding places to visit on your Botswana safari. The Island is surrounded by open floodplains and the camp is built in the shade of large mangosteen and fig trees.
The nine luxury safari tents are connected by board walks, and are raised two metres off the ground, allowing animals to move freely beneath the camp - animals may often take refuge beneath your tent! Mombo Camp is one of Botswana's most luxurious camps and is within one of the best game viewing areas in the Okavango Delta - the ultimate safari retreat.

Setting: Mombo Camp is situated on a private island within the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta, overlooking floodplains that are literally teeming with wildlife.
With unrivalled game viewing throughout the year, this is the ‘predator capital of Africa’, and the only place in Botswana where guests have the opportunity to view the ‘Big Five’ in one safari.
Accommodation & facilities: Accommodation is in nine luxury safari tents raised high above the ground and connected by walkways, allowing animals to move freely between them. The rooms are furnished in neutral, crisp cottons and adorned with handcrafted African furnishings. Designed with careful attention to guests' privacy, each features an en-suite bathroom, with indoor and outdoor showers. All tents have scenic views and open on to wooden decks - ideal for relaxation and wildlife spotting.
Mombo camp features a shaded communal area, small library and refreshing plunge pool. The dining room, bar and living areas overlook open plains of acacia bushveld and savannah grasslands. In the evening, guests can relax under the stars in the boma (outside area) and dine by candlelight.
Dining: Fine wines and world class cuisine are served at Mombo Camp.
Activities: Morning and afternoon game drives operate in open 4x4 vehicles.
